Muse Me offers store credit for returns.

DAMAGES

Contact us if your jewelry arrived damaged. We will replace it for a brand new one or fix it right away if it is a one of a kind piece. If something were to happen to your jewelry you have 15 days from when you purchased to send it back for replacement or fixing.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Muse Me only makes a few items in each collection. We try to keep things fresh and unique for every individual. Some pieces are gathered from travels, markets or they are one of a kind vintage pieces that cannot be replicated. You are owning a unique piece made just for you.

SHIPPING + RETURNS 

 
PRODUCTION TIME
Jewelry is handmade so some items may take 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive  a tracking URL via email. We really appreciate your patience while we make your new pieces! If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before you place your order to make sure we can make the magic happen.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order or there are changes you would like to make, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. We get started on orders within 1 day of receiving them and often times your order is already in production.   
Shipping
US Orders:
UPS + USPS rates
We offer free ground shipping on all orders $50 or more, which around takes 3-4 business days
International Orders:
Transit times do vary depending on the international location
- Packages can be delayed if held in customs
- Please consider that you may have to pay your country’s customs taxes for the goods that you receive. Muse Me is not responsible to paying any customs taxes on international orders. 

Lost Packages
- If an order is lost in the mail or marked as delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact UPS to locate the lost package. However, we will be more than happy to help you track it down. 
- Make sure to always double check your mailing address on your order to ensure you are shipping to the correct address. Once an order is shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address to have it routed to the correct address. If you notice that your order was accidentally shipped to a wrong address, please contact us immediately and we can update it before your order is shipped out.
 
Exchanges
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, we are happy to accept your unworn item in exchange for store credit or another item in our shop for equal or lesser value, minus the cost of shipping. 
- Exchanges need to be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving the package, please contact us as soon as possible for details on how to send your item back. 
- We do not accept exchanges on personalized items.
- Buyers are responsible for covering shipping cost to send the item back to exchange. Muse Me will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged item to the customer at this time.
Repairs
- If your item breaks within the first 30 days from the day it is received, we are happy to repair the item for you free of charge
- If your item breaks after the first 30 days from the day it is received, we are happy to repair your item for you. Please contact us to set this up. 
 
Repair time-frame:
- Depending on the type of repair we’re doing, repairs can take anywhere from two to three weeks from the day we receive the item. If you need updates on your repair, check in with us and we’ll give you an update on its progress.
